3 potatoes.
2 leeks.
Parsley.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
1 egg.
100 grams of cheese.
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Olive oil.
Ingredients for the sauce:
5 tablespoons of yogurt.
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Oregano.
1 clove of garlic.
Dill.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1. Coarsely grate 3 potatoes, squeeze out excess liquid and place in a bowl.
2. Finely chop 2 leeks and place in a bowl with the potatoes.
3. Finely chop the parsley and place in a bowl with the vegetables.
4. Salt, pepper, add paprika, break 1 egg and mix well.
5. Finely grate 100 grams of cheese, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix well.
6. Form pancakes and fry on both sides until golden brown.
I suggest you prepare a delicious creamy sauce for pancakes:
7. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to 5 tablespoons of yogurt.
8. Add oregano and finely grate 1 clove of garlic.
9. Finely chop the dill, add salt and pepper and mix well.
Don't forget to sprinkle with soy sauce for flavor!

Me gustó mucho una receta sencilla lleva la proteína de los huevos la leche me parece muy sana,uds los europeos usan mucho la harina de trigo,sera que la puedo hacer con maicena? la voy a preparar la acompaño con una buena ensalada gracias saludos
